The SailPack Foundation is a federally-recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit organization dedicated to:

• Developing and sustaining a competitive intercollegiate sailing program and vibrant sailing organization at NC State
• Fostering an appreciation and engagement with the sport of sailing in our community while teaching the technical skills and safety considerations necessary to become sailors
• Contribute to youth and young-adult leadership development through community service, community engagement, and community resiliency
• Promote maritime safety education, training youth and adults in seamanship, navigation, communication, and recovery to support community needs and resiliency
• Procuring, managing and maintaining safe & contemporary equipment, assets, & facilities necessary to achieve these goals
